| Rockland 21C provides the county’s FRC Coordinators with resources and expertise in a wide range of subjects, including program development, outreach strategies, program evaluation and time management. Convened by Rockland 21C, FRC Coordinators meet monthly to share expertise, learn together and support one another. Community partners/service providers are often invited to the meetings to enhance linkages. The Network is vital to the sustainability of FRCs in their respective locations.
In 2003, the FRC Coordinators’ Network received a Children’s Champion/Dynamic Group Award from Child Care Resources of Rockland for its work linking families, schools and community services.
